Central Station Monitoring

  Your newly installed alarm system can be connected to a Central Station Monitoring Company whose job is to respond to signals triggered by your alarm system.  The information you provide includes a list of telephone numbers to be contacted in the event of a specific type of emergency, i.e., fire, burglary, etc.  When the signal is received by your Central Station Monitoring Company, a trained operator verifies the signal.   The operator then immediately and automatically notifies the proper authorities and other persons you wish to be contacted (neighbor, relative, etc.).  This is all done electronically, with operator supervision, to provide the fastest, most accurate response time possible. 

  Your monitoring service operates 24 hours a day,7 days a week, 365 days a year... when you are away, while you are asleep, you can be assured your Central Station Monitoring Company is on the job.

Open/ Closing Monitoring

  Did your store open late or close early, or not open at all?  Did a trusted employee re-enter the store after normal business hours?  We can notify you instantly if a problem arises.  For an additional fee billed quarterly, you can receive a weekly print out of: who entered, exited, what zone, and what time your location was occupied.

Service Plan

SERVICE PLAN: Includes one (1) ten point check complete inspection.  Our service personnel will inspect, clean, and adjust your system to insure maximum performance and safety.  If a breakdown occurs on your system, throughout the year, all labor will be included at no charge.*  Parts not included.

The 10 Point Check

  Burglar:

  1.   Test all alarm zones in panel.
  2.   Test all fire zones in panel.
  3.   Test central station monitoring service.
  4.   Inspect and check all keypads.
  5.   Inspect and check all sirens.
  6.   Inspect and check all siren drivers.
  7.   Inspect and check all backup power supplies.
  8.   Inspect and check all door contacts.
  9.   Inspect and check all window contacts.
  10.   Inspect and check all passive infrared units.

Fire:

  1.   Clean and adjust all smoke detectors (all types).
  2.   Inspect and check all smoke detectors.
  3.   Inspect and check all heat detectors.
  4.   Inspect and check all pull stations.
  5.   Inspect and check all horns/strobes.
  6.   Inspect and check outside bell.
  7.   Inspect and check all flow and tamper switches.
  8.   Inspect and check all backup power supplies.
  9.   Test all fire zones in panel.
  10.   Test central station monitoring service.
